determine areas of receptive voters based on current polling trends
1. cross analyze against EC layout?
full spectrum media analysis for these areas
1. segmentation: postal code?
isolate top issues on a daily basis
identify SMEs for said issues
allocate and interview SMEs (format optional)
tie all interviews and reports back to dates of origin
1. this maintains a public point of reference for the unfolding of events
